Weekly Traffic Impact Report Week of September 18, 2025

Scenic Drive

Project Status

Expected to be completed by April 2026.

Traffic Impacts

Lane closure, expect delays between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

  • Scenic Drive from Bodem Street to Oakdale Road reducing traffic to one lane either direction.
  • Lane closure at Atwood Drive at intersection of Glenhaven Drive, and Fernview Drive
  • Lane closure at Beyer Park Drive at intersection of Hillmont Avenue, Kentwood Avenue and Fernview Drive

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Well Treatment and Flushline

Project Status

Expected to be completed by the end of January 2026.

Traffic Impacts

Traffic control in place, flaggers, lane, and sidewalk closures as needed.

  • South Street in the community of Empire

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Woodland Lift Station

Project Status

Expected to be completed by the end of January 2026.

Traffic Impacts

Periodic traffic control with lane shift and closures.

  • on the corner of Woodland Avenue & Poust Road

Tivoli Subdivision

Status

Expected to be completed by the end of September 2025.

Traffic Impacts

Traffic control will be in place.

  • Westbound lane closure on Sylvan Avenue from Roselle Avenue to Aria Way

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Coffee Road Strengthen and Replace

Project Status

Expected to be completed by the end of December 2025.

Traffic Impacts

Expect delays, lane closures, and lane shifts

  • on Coffee Road between Orangeburg Avenue and Scenic Drive
  • on Coffee Road starting down Multnomah Drive west turning south onto El Vecino Avenue

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Sewer Trunk Rehabilitation on Grimes, Mercy, and Woodland Avenue

Project Status

Expected to be completed by March 2027.

Traffic Impacts

Traffic control will be in place, expect delays.

  • on Grimes Avenue between Paradise Avenue and Maze Boulevard
  • on Mercy Avenue between Kansas Avenue and Woodland Avenue
  • on Coffee Road between East Fairmont Avenue and Scenic Drive

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Claus Road and Scenic Drive Signal Coordination

Project Status

Expected to be completed by October 2025.

Traffic Impacts

Traffic control will be in place shifting traffic to one lane each way, with flaggers when needed, arrow boards and signs:

  • Claus Road between Briggsmore Avenue and Scenic Drive
  • Scenic Drive and Claus Road Intersection

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

North County Corridor Project Status

Expected to be open by October 2026

Traffic Impacts

Detours will be in place beginning Friday, October 3, 2025.

  • Roselle Avenue will be closed between Claribel Road and Plainview Road

Motorists are advised to drive slowly with caution and use alternate routes when possible.

Codoni Lift Station

Project Status

Expected to be completed by October 2026.

Traffic Impacts

Periodic traffic control with lane shift and closures.
