Seagis Property Group announced the completion of a 53,315-square-foot warehouse at 500 Belleville Turnpike in North Arlington, NJ. Strategically located between North Kearny and Lyndhurst in the Meadowlands submarket, this Class A facility was preleased to a national credit tenant. Seagis acquired the property in 2022 and completed an extensive redevelopment program that included demolishing the existing building, constructing retaining walls, and performing substantial grading and site work. The result is a brand new, state-of-the-art industrial facility designed to meet the evolving needs of today's users.
