OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 14, 2026) - Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, announced today a $100,000 donation to the WTTP Foundation in support of the Williams Brothers Sunday Dinner, an initiative founded by NBA players Jalen and Cody Williams alongside their parents, Nicole and Ron.

The donation funded the foundation's first Oklahoma City dinner, held Sept. 13 in partnership with City Rescue Mission, and will support future Sunday Dinner events in Oklahoma City and Arizona.

The Williams Brothers Sunday Dinner gives families an elevated and dignified dining experience grounded in care and community. With a chef preparing a five-star dinner and the Williams family and friends serving guests, the event offers families a warm setting to share a meal together and feel supported. It reflects the WTTP Foundation's mission to strengthen family connections and communities through service, love, hope and unity.

"Sunday Dinner is about showing families they're seen," said Jalen Williams, co-founder of the WTTP Foundation and All-Star guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder. "Taking time to slow down and connect over a nice meal can inspire a real change in our communities and is a great way to connect with the community, as well. It's what we as a family have been doing since I was little - connecting at the dinner table, and every Sunday, making sure we had a big, nice family meal to reconnect with one another and grow closer. The dinner welcomed approximately 125 guests served by City Rescue Mission, offering them a night to come together around the table.
