SummaCare Shares Updated Medicare Advantage Offerings for 2026 Plan Year

-Heading into the 2026 Annual Enrollment Period, SummaCare celebrates its hallmark 30th year as a trusted regional provider of Medicare Advantage services.

Medicare-eligibles can enroll in a SummaCare Medicare Advantage plan from October 15 through December 7. SummaCare's Medicare Advantage service area includes 33 northern Ohio counties. Members gain access to more than 26,000 providers and 80 hospitals.
SummaCare's Net Promoter Score of 74*, based on likeliness of members to refer others to their plan, exceeds the national average** by 32 points-highlighting member service excellence. Additionally, 97% of SummaCare Medicare Advantage members who join: stay.

Highlights***
- $0 premium on Amber (HMO), Topaz (HMO) and NEW Quartz (HMO) plans
- $0 PCP copays on all plans
- No-cost SilverSneakers® fitness membership with access to participating gyms, in-person and online classes, a fitness app plus additional health and wellness resources
- OTC quarterly allowance on all seven plans
- Topaz (HMO) expanded coverage to seven new counties within 33-county service area
- Six of SummaCare's seven Medicare Advantage plans have $0 copays for Tier 1, 2 and 6 drugs*** at preferred pharmacies (Prescription Part D coverage not available on Amber (HMO) plan)
- Pharmacy network that now includes preferred pharmacies which offer lower cost sharing than standard network pharmacies. All in-network pharmacies are preferred, with the exception of Walgreens, which is SummaCare's only standard pharmacy
- In-network coverage through any Medicare-approved provider in AZ, FL and TX on ALL plans. Plus, Topaz (HMO), Quartz (HMO), Ruby (HMO) and Garnet (HMO) members gain coverage in NC & SC, in addition to AZ, FL and TX-ideal for snowbirds
- $0 copay on preventive dental, preventive hearing and vision exams
- Up to $3,000 maximum dental coverage available on Topaz (HMO) plan
- ALL plans include dental coverage through Delta Dental and provide cleanings, fluoride treatments, X-rays, exams, fillings, simple extractions, root canals, bridges, crowns and dentures
- Optional Supplemental Dental coverage can be purchased for an additional $37 monthly premium
