Roseville's Citywide Technology Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2025/26 is now available.
Aligned with the City's Strategic Plan and 5-Year Strategic Technology Roadmap, the plan provides a comprehensive update on the City's technology strategy including overarching technology vision, strategic goals, and project portfolio for the fiscal year.
The Annual Work Plan is structured around three principal goals:

Goal C: Ensure Reliable and Secure Technology
Key focus areas for FY 2025/26 include development of a governing AI policy, cross-departmental training to boost digital competency, disaster recovery testing to ensure continuous service operation, and advancing cybersecurity maturity framework.
