Conversations

Conversations is a built-in messaging and task system that lives right inside the platform. Instead of emailing back and forth or chasing down updates, retailers can communicate directly with their suppliers about anything from inventory issues to contract details-all in one place. You can do this either in-app or via API.​

Here are a few examples of the types of interactions you might have:​

Messages for quick questions like "Why is this item out of stock?"​

Tasks for things that need action, like "Update this product description by Friday."​

And when a customer reaches out with a question you can pass that directly to the supplier with all the relevant info attached: Buyer ID, product ID, order ID, and more. No copy-pasting, no context lost. You can even create folders to easily filter by supplier and maintain separate communications.​
