Horizon Bank Announces Austin Kramer as AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Michigan City, Indiana - Prasad Varma, SVP, Director of Finance, is pleased to announce the promotion of Austin Kramer as AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager.

Kramer joined the bank in April 2025, as a Senior FP&A Analyst and quickly distinguished himself through his strong performance and ability to take on expanded responsibilities. He has played a key role in supporting the Finance team and the organization across multiple areas, including management reporting, liquidity monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, stress testing, and interest rate risk modeling.
