UNM seeks volunteers for fall commencement ceremonies

The Office of the University Secretary is looking for volunteers for The University of New Mexico's fall commencement next month.

The graduate student commencement will be held Thursday, Dec. 11, and Friday, Dec. 12 will be for undergraduates. Both ceremonies will begin at 6 p.m. at University Arena (the Pit).

There are a variety of ways to take an active role in this significant UNM tradition. Those interested in volunteering can view the positions available and sign up at the volunteer registration site. The undergraduate signup form closes Dec. 2 at 2 p.m., while the graduate form close on Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. Volunteers will be invited to attend a short meeting and will be provided with instructions and parking information.
