Can you help us find this missing girl

At 2:24 a.m. on August 2, the parents of Alivia Provencio, a 13-year-old girl, who is developmentally delayed, discovered she had left her home in the north River Road area. The parents report she has never done anything like this before and they were unable to reach her on her phone. She may have been chatting on social media with an unknown person. Alivia is described as a white and Hispanic female, 5'6" tall, weighing 100 pounds, with black should-length hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, jean shorts, and white Airforce Nike shoes that had a pink swoosh.
