Bender Companies Acquires Park Towers Apartments in Richton Park, Illinois

Bender Companies, a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm, in partnership with Eastham Capital, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Park Towers Apartments, a 270-unit mid-rise community located in Richton Park, Illinois, within Chicago's South Suburban submarket.

Originally constructed in 1974, the property features spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans averaging approximately 930 square feet, with private balconies or patios, air conditioning, walk-in closets, and full appliance packages.

Homes feature functional interiors with classic finishes, with a portion of units already upgraded to include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and modern flooring.

Community amenities include a fitness center, business center, on-site laundry facilities, and resident storage, along with outdoor offerings such as a playground, Amazon package hub, grilling areas, putting green, bike share program, and detached garage parking.

Bender Companies plans to implement a value-add strategy focused on unit renovations and exterior improvements, including siding and balconies, and upgrades to core building systems.

This acquisition further expands Bender Companies' footprint in Illinois and brings the firm's portfolio to over 6,200 units.
