U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Oklahoma State Director Zachary Swartz announced today that the Trump Administration will invest more than $4.2 million in community and infrastructure projects across rural Southeast Oklahoma.
"President Trump is a firm believer in putting our farm and ranch communities first by investing in the very projects farmers depend on to preserve the Oklahoma Ag standard," said Swartz. "Thanks to the leadership of President Trump and Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins for fighting every day for our Oklahoma producers, these investments will be used diligently to serve rural America for years to come. No one works harder than this administration to breathe new life for our patriots across rural America, and they will continue to fight for better ag access for Oklahoma."
The funding is provided through USDA Rural Development's Community Facilities and Water and Environmental Programs. These programs provide affordable funding to develop essential community facilities and water infrastructure in rural Oklahoma communities.
