Negative Declaration
St Lawrence County - The Village of Canton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 15 Gouverneur St will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of a former building supply company office and storage buildings. Construction of a two-story office building with basement. Project will also include a small event space. The project is located at 15 Gouverneur Street in the Village of Canton, New York.
