Norton Rose Fulbright advises on the Hong Kong Chapter 18C IPO of Direct Drive Tech Limited

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised CITIC Securities, as sole sponsor, in connection with the H share listing of Direct Drive Tech Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under Chapter 18C of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Upon listing, Direct Drive Tech Limited became the first direct drive motion module company listed in Hong Kong.

Direct Drive Tech Limited develops direct drive precision motor solutions for the robotics, industrial and medical sectors. The company provides end-to-end capabilities across the product lifecycle, from research and development through to manufacturing, and is focused on advancing innovation in robotics technologies.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by Head of Hong Kong and Head of Capital Markets Psyche Tai and partners Winnie Chan and Ethan Chen, and included senior registered foreign lawyer Wallace Wong and associate Mark Lam.
