Caroline Simonson receives 2026 Finance & Commerce Top Women in Finance honor

MINNEAPOLIS - Caroline Simonson, a member of Cozen O'Connor, has received the 2026 Top Women in Finance honor from Finance & Commerce. The Top Women in Finance awards recognize industry-leading executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs across Minnesota's financial sector for their outstanding contributions and dedication to their professions, communities, and society at large.

At Cozen O'Connor, Caroline is a real estate finance attorney who represents institutional lenders in complex multifamily housing transactions across Minnesota and nationwide. Throughout her 20-year career, she has led hundreds of financing transactions, including portfolio and securitized loans, credit facilities, bridge loans, and mezzanine financing.

Over the past year, Caroline's practice has included financing for affordable housing, manufactured housing, build-to-rent communities, and a $130 million loan secured by a luxury multifamily property in Dallas. Caroline also helps lead Cozen O'Connor's multifamily finance team of more than 30 professionals and is committed to advancing women in the real estate industry and mentoring the next generation of legal professionals.
