REVISED: Overnight lane and ramp closures on I-49 in Jackson County for pavement work, May 4-5

REVISED: JACKSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will conduct overnight lane and ramp closures on I-49 for pavement work. All work is weather permitting. See below for traffic modifications:

Monday, May 4 at 7 p.m. until Tuesday, May 5 at 6 a.m.

• Crews will conduct lane closures on southbound I-49 between MO 150 and 155th St
• Crews will close the ramp on eastbound MO 150 to I-49 southbound
• Crews will close the turn lane on MO 150 to the ramp to southbound I-49

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
