18 June 2026On 18 June 2026 in Bratislava, at the invitation of the Slovak side, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Sekreta, met with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Marek Eštok.
In a friendly atmosphere, the parties discussed ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation, emphasising the need to intensify economic interaction. Both sides noted their mutual efforts to ensure a fully-fledged diplomatic presence in each other's capitals.
The parties considered issues of regional and international security, including possible measures to rebuild trust with a view to resolving the situation in the region.
