FLAGSHIP HEALTHCARE SELLS CENTRAL FLORIDA MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING TO ADVENTHEALTH

TAMPA, Fla. - Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship), an outpatient healthcare real estate firm, has sold a Class A medical office building in the rapidly growing Lakeland-Winter Haven metropolitan area of Central Florida to AdventHealth Heart of Florida, the building's anchor tenant.

Located at 410 Lionel Way in Davenport, the 43,100-square-foot building features clinical and outpatient care space and is adjacent to the 202-bed AdventHealth Heart of Florida acute care hospital. AdventHealth Heart of Florida is part of AdventHealth, one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in the United States.

Flagship Healthcare Properties acquired the property in 2021 and, through active asset management and disciplined property management, strengthened the asset and positioned it for long-term success before its sale to AdventHealth Heart of Florida.
