RISE Program to be discussed at June 5 Stones Taskforce meeting

June's 5 Stones Taskforce meeting will cover the Tarrant County RISE Program: High Risk Women's Intervention Program on Tuesday, June 30.

The meeting will feature a panel including Tarrant County Magistrate Judge Sheila Wynn, Program Manager Tre'Naisha McGuire and Case Manager Naomy Franco. They will discuss this life-changing program for women with complex trauma and qualifying criminal offenses.

Initiated in 2014 and locally formed through the Fort Worth Police Department, the organization is dedicated to ending human trafficking, raising awareness and providing support to survivors. Today, the 5 Stones Taskforce is a community network engaged in collaborative efforts to end sex trafficking in Tarrant County.
