(June 15, 2026) - U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Congressman John Rutherford, and the City of Jacksonville will hold a media event on Thursday, June 18, highlighting the Christobel Septic Tank Phase Out (STPO) project in partnership with Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA), Jacksonville's community-owned utility.
