Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised a syndicate of lenders on the financing for the acquisition of Equans Infra & Mobility B.V. by Aberdeen Investments and DigitalBridge.
The financing will support the acquisition and expansion of Equans Infra & Mobility B.V., an Electric Vehicle Charging Platform in the Netherlands.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising on this transaction was led by partner Wouter Hertzberger and included partner James Dunnett, counsel Marjolein Pichel and James Tong, associates Willemijn Holm and Jan de Wit, and consultant Anthony Pallet.
