Norton Rose Fulbright advises lenders on the financing for the acquisition of Equans Infra & Mobility B.V. by Aberdeen Investments and DigitalBridge

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised a syndicate of lenders on the financing for the acquisition of Equans Infra & Mobility B.V. by Aberdeen Investments and DigitalBridge.

The financing will support the acquisition and expansion of Equans Infra & Mobility B.V., an Electric Vehicle Charging Platform in the Netherlands.
