One of Glass's first actions upon her appointment was to address a backlog of 18 cases. Since then, the office has been receiving one to two new cases each month. The goal of the OIPM is to maintain oversight that prioritizes community engagement and transparency in policing practices. Glass also works collaboratively with the Police Civilian Oversight Board to review and make recommendations regarding police discipline, use of force, and other policies and activities. To learn more about the OIPM, you can find the Annual Report 2025/2026 here.
