Dechert advised Brown Advisory, an independent investment management and strategic advisory firm, on its transaction to combine Glynn Capital, a technology-focused investment firm with more than 50 years of experience investing in emerging growth companies, with Brown Advisory.

The transaction enhances Brown Advisory's Private Investment Advisory platform, with Glynn's investment team joining Brown Advisory. Brown Advisory has been an investor in Glynn funds since 2014, and the combination builds on the shared commitment to long-term investing.
