Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has been recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace in San Antonio for the fourth consecutive year. The firm ranked third among the 119 large workplaces included on this year's list, published by the San Antonio Express-News, and is the only law firm recognized among large employers.
"What makes this Top Workplaces recognition particularly meaningful is how it reflects the spirit of our people," said Jeff Cody, Norton Rose Fulbright's Global and US Managing Partner. "Our firm is focused on promoting a workplace culture where people support one another, take pride in doing exceptional work and share a genuine commitment to clients and community."
Top Workplaces also honored the firm with a special award in the category of Direction. These special awards were chosen based on standout scores for responses to specific survey statements, which respondents rated on a seven-point scale.
"Our San Antonio office has been part of this community for 45 years, and we are proud of the strong team we have built here," said John Jennings, Norton Rose Fulbright's San Antonio Partner-in-Charge and US Head of Real Estate. "The additional recognition for Direction is especially gratifying because having a clear vision of where we are headed and how each of us contributes along the way is important to our continued success."
The firm has been part of the San Antonio business community since 1981, playing a role in the significant growth of the South and Central Texas region. Today, the San Antonio office is home to more than 75 people, including 45 lawyers.
The annual list is based on employee feedback compiled through a confidential job satisfaction survey measuring the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and other factors. More than 700 of the firm's US personnel responded to this year's survey conducted by Energage.
Energage, which oversees the Top Workplaces program, has surveyed over 27 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception in 2006.
