CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00018176 de 21 de agosto de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía EMPACADORA GRUPO GRANMAR S.A. EMPAGRAN cuya oferta pública del SÉPTIMO PROGRAMA DE EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue autorizado mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV DNAR-2024-00010542 del 7 de junio de 2024 por el monto de hasta U$10'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general y específica: Fianza solidaria otorgada por Nuevo Rancho S.A. NURANSA., la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
