Livestock futures closed mixed on Wednesday. 10/1/25

Live Cattle futures were firm as tight supplies are keeping the market choppy. Feeder Cattle futures were mixed, finding some support from lower feed prices but this was offset by tight supplies. Lean Hog futures were lower as overbought contracts sold off, with prices ending the day down from Friday's contract high.
