Aaron W. Marcus named Louisville Office Managing Partner

Dentons announces today that Aaron W. Marcus has been named Louisville Office Managing Partner, effective April 1, 2026.

Aaron joined Dentons in 2017 and focuses his practice on business litigation and management-side employment law. Aaron has a broad array of experience in cases involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, state and federal wage and hour laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also often serves as outside counsel for multiple employers, advising on day-to-day employment matters including issues involving employee discipline, questions relating to FMLA leave, ADA interactive process, executive employment contracts, and related employment issues.

Aaron has held several leadership positions in Dentons, including serving on local and global committees focused on culture and engagement at the Firm.

Aaron succeeds James R. Irving, who led the Louisville office since June 2017. Jim will continue to serve as co-chair of the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice in the US.
