BISMARCK, N.D. - The 18th Avenue access off 3rd Street will close starting Monday, October 12, for up to two weeks for storm sewer installation. Traffic to and from the Meadowlands area will be detoured through the north access onto Memorial Highway. The detour will help keep drivers and crews safe while work is underway.
Signs and traffic control devices will mark the detour route. Drivers should plan extra travel time. Weather conditions or unexpected delays may affect the schedule.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation reminds motorists to drive safely and stay alert in work zones.
