Springfield, Illinois (June 29, 2026) - BRANDT, a leading manufacturer of specialty products for agriculture and turf markets, has hired Jason Minton as Director of Strategic Accounts - Ag. Minton will report to Matt Ingram, VP of Sales.
In this newly-created role, Minton will lead efforts to strengthen strategic customer relationships, expand partnerships and support BRANDT's US and Canada go-to-market strategy. Working closely with key customers of BRANDT Specialty Formulations, he will identify growth opportunities and help drive long-term success. He will work alongside sales leadership to establish a unified key account management strategy across all sales regions.

Minton brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across agriculture, life sciences and commercial organizations. He has held leadership positions with Taranis, Bayer and Monsanto, spanning sales, marketing, strategic accounts, customer experience and commercial operations.
Minton has a BS in Biology from Millikin University and will begin his new role July 1.
