VHB is pleased to welcome Kristin DeLuca to the firm's Long Island team, strengthening land development and integrated project delivery services across the Northeast.
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial land development throughout the tri-state area, Kristin brings a strong track record of leading complex projects from early due diligence through design, permitting, and construction. Her background includes work with nationally recognized clients such as Stop & Shop, TD Bank, Walgreens, Walmart, and Lidl, as well as major developments including UBS Arena, Belmont Park Village, Broadway Commons, Smith Haven Mall, and South Shore Mall.
At VHB, Kristin will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions, helping clients align development goals with business priorities. She will also mentor staff and strengthen team capabilities to support continued growth in Long Island and the broader Northeast region.

Kristin is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science from Manhattan College. She is also an A/E/C Certified Project Manager, reflecting her commitment to delivering thoughtful, well-coordinated solutions.
