The evaluation panel carefully reviewed and analyzed the proposals received in response to the above- referenced solicitation. Based upon that review and analysis, we are recommending to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors that associated contracts be awarded to the following vendors:

  • Buckelew Programs - 24/7 Suicide Prevention Hotline and Program
  • Committee on the Shelterless (COTS) - Behavioral Health Housing Assistance Program
  • California Parenting Institute (dba Child Parent Institute) - Comprehensive Early Childhood Development & Behavioral Support Services for 0-5
  • Felton Institute - Behavioral Health Peer Training Program
  • Latino Service Providers - Latinx Youth Wellness & Advocacy Program
  • Leomar Health Group, Inc. DBA Pacific Health Group - Client & Family Support Program
  • On the Move - Transition Age Youth (TAY) Support Services for TAY Full-Service Partnership Program
  • Legacy Center dba Positive Images - LGBTQ+ Wellness and Support Program
  • Sonoma County Indian Health Project, Inc. - Early Intervention: Community-Defined Best Practices for BIPOC Populations
