Greenberg Traurig Adds Jill Zumbach as Public Finance Associate in Boston

BOSTON - Oct. 30, 2025 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Jill E. Zumbach to its Boston office as an associate in the firm's Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice.

Zumbach represents investment professionals, financial institutions, and corporate clients in transactional matters and regulatory compliance. She has a decade of experience working in-house at financial services companies and investment firms, handling asset sales, restructurings, private placements, and corporate borrowing arrangements. Her current practice focuses on advising secured creditors in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Zumbach obtained an LL.M. in European Law from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. from Ohio University.
