Today, I'm thrilled to announce that Alexandra London has joined G2 as CMO. A proven leader who knows how to build data-driven growth engines designed for acceleration, accountability, and long-term value creation, Alex brings the background and skill set to help us climb our next peak.

As CMO, Alex will focus on identifying areas for growth and differentiation in our marketing, evolving the way we show up for software buyers and sellers, and continuing to position our brand as the most trusted voice in the age of AI.

With a track record of driving growth for both startups and Fortune 500 companies alike and over a decade of experience leading search marketing for global brands, Alex brings a deep understanding of discovery and brand visibility. Her expertise will be crucial to driving the answer engine optimization (AEO) strategies for G2 and our customers.

Beyond her strategic expertise, Alex is recognized across the industry for building strong teams that are grounded in accountability, collaboration, and a growth mindset.

Why Alex's background is built for G2's AI moment

Most recently, as Head of Digital at Zoom, Alex led full-funnel performance marketing and experimentation across a massive global user base. Her work there included prominent optimization programs featured by Google and LinkedIn as case studies in performance marketing innovation.

Before Zoom, Alex spent over eight years at Expedia Group, where she helped lead brand strategy and growth across performance marketing and customer acquisition. One of her signature achievements was launching the company's first customer data platform.

Her combination of marketplace experience, performance marketing expertise, and understanding of AI's impact on discoverability makes her the right leader for G2 to meet this moment.
