Buckeye Air Fair takes to the skies February 13 - 15

The Buckeye Air Fair returns for a weekend of high-flying fun, February 13 - 15, at Buckeye Municipal Airport, 3000 S. Palo Verde Rd.

This year's event features action-packed airshows, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association Fly-In, Aviation Academy and a VIP experience for a front row view of the airshow.

• The best aerial acts in the country will put on incredible airshows:
• • Friday, Feb. 13 from noon - 1:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Feb. 14 from noon - 1:30 p.m. & 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
  • • At 5:30 p.m. watch our night airshow, adding fireworks to an already spectacular show
  • Sunday, Feb. 15 from 1 - 3:30 p.m.
• The Aviation Academy hosts seminars geared towards youth and aviation enthusiasts that will feature speakers, demonstrations and more from performer and international pilots, local and national organizations, military and more:
• • Field Trip Friday - Friday, Feb. 13 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Register your 5^th through 12^th grade students to explore aviation careers through hands on activities, booths, guest speakers and meet and greet the pilots
  • SciTech Saturday - Saturday, Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Explore aviation focused STEAM with engaging booths and activities
  • Flight School Sunday - Sunday, Feb. 15 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Learn the basics about flying from pilots and aviation experts and practice what you learn on flight simulators
• AOPA Fly-In gives pilots access to world class educational content, the latest aviation technology and informational seminars throughout the weekend.
• The VIP Experience lets you catch all the high-flying action with the best seat in the house, all day refreshments, entertainment, private restrooms and VIP Parking. $90 per person on Saturday, $80 per person on Sunday or $115 for a two-day pass. VIP tickets purchased at event will be $10 more. Kids four and younger are free.
• Front-Row Flightline Seating gives you an unobstructed view of the flightline giving you full view access to the airshows! A table of four costs $100 and includes VIP parking.
• The Kids Zone includes a full day of access to fun with carnival rides, slides, bounce houses and more! Purchase Kids Zone tickets for $15 per person, per day through Thursday, February 12. At the event, wristbands will be $20 per person, per day.

Other family activities include hundreds of pilots from around the western U.S. showcasing their unique aircraft, historic and military static aircraft displays, great food and vendors.

To ensure a great experience for all attendees, Buckeye is partnering with conCHAIRto and Copper Star Home Medical Supplies. For the first time, guests will have access to convenient on-site rental options for comfortable seating and ADA mobility equipment.

Gates open at 9 a.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free. Parking passes are $10 if purchased online, by Thursday, February 12. Parking is $15 the day of the event. Credit Cards only.
