Congressman Self and Congressman Roy’s Sharia Free America Caucus Surges in Congress, Adding Twenty-Four Members in Under One Month

The Sharia Free America Caucus, launched by Congressman Keith Self (TX-03) and Congressman Chip Roy (TX-21), has sparked conversation throughout the halls of Congress and the entire country about the dangers of Sharia. Since its inception on December 18^th, 2025, the Caucus has grown to twenty-six members from seventeen different states, highlighting the importance of this issue to the American people and those they select to represent them.

"Preserving the American way of life is essential to protecting civil liberties and upholding the United States Constitution. Sharia stands in direct opposition to our country and is totally anathema to the concept of individual freedom and our founding principles," said Congressman Self. "I thank my House colleagues for joining this noble cause to save Western Civilization and fight back against the threat of Sharia."

"Sharia is a direct threat to our Constitution and Western values and seeks to replace our legal system and erode our basic freedoms.
