このたび、当社はクラウドコンピューティングを活用したシステム開発などを展開する株式会社オルターブース（本社：福岡県福岡市、代表取締役：小島淳、以下「オルターブース」）の株式を取得致しました。

今回の株式取得に伴ってオルターブースは当社のグループに加わり、今後、両社の強みを生かしてDX関連サービスの開発・提供体制の強化や社内業務のアップデートを進めてまいります。
