Parkview Boulevard Watermain Replacement Project

A public meeting regarding the Parkview Boulevard Watermain Replacement Project will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Kelly Park (3300 Parkview Boulevard). No formal presentation will take place. Please feel free to stop by any time between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
The proposed project will include watermain and water service replacements along Parkview Boulevard and Melrose Avenue. Construction is anticipated to begin the last week of May and be completed in Fall 2026. During this project there may be various sidewalk and street closures. The Contractor will be available at the meeting to provide additional information and answer questions.

Project Components
Remove & replace watermains that are identified as undersized & have required more maintenance
Remove & replace water service lines

Project Goals
Improve water quality and water flows
Reduce maintenance expenses & disruptions associated with watermain breaks
Landscaping & Right-of-Way Reminder

If you have any improvements in the right-of-way area (generally the space between the sidewalk and the curb), you are responsible for removing them at your own expense before construction begins. This includes, but is not limited to: sprinklers, decorative landscaping(plants/stones), decorative mailbox, etc.
