06/25/2026 Farm workers condemn SCOTUS ruling on Monsanto pesticides labeling
We are outraged at today's Supreme Court ruling, allowing Monsanto and chemical companies to avoid responsibility that their labeling fails to warn people about critical harms.
Farm workers are on the front lines with highest exposure risks, but this ruling is also a threat to the well-being of the American public.
Farm workers and their families should not be risking their safety and long term health by doing the work needed to grow our food.
