Citizens Advises Krewe Anesthesia on its Sale to CHG Healthcare

PROVIDENCE, RI - Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory announced today that it served as financial advisor to Krewe Anesthesia, a staffing firm specializing in certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) workforce solutions, on its sale to CHG Healthcare, the nation's leading physician workforce experts.

Founded in 2022 by two actively practicing CRNAs, Krewe Anesthesia offers clients a complete anesthesia solution, from single-role locum placements to ongoing managed services. The company uses a provider-led approach to match CRNAs with the right opportunities rather than simply filling open roles, which it credits for high clinician satisfaction.
