Danos Names Luis Otero Senior Vice President, Customer and Growth

HOUSTON, Texas - Danos has appointed Luis Otero senior vice president, customer and growth, a newly established leadership role focused on strengthening customer relationships, aligning growth efforts across the organization and advancing Danos' growth strategy. Otero joins the Danos Group Executive Team and reports to Danos CEO and owner Paul Danos.

Otero brings nearly two decades of operational, customer and business leadership experience to the role. Since joining Danos in 2025 as general manager of outsourced operations and decommissioning, he has helped advance integrated solutions that support customers across the asset lifecycle. Prior to joining Danos, he held leadership roles with Hess and BP, developing deep expertise in operations, asset management and complex offshore environments.

In his new role, Otero will focus on deepening customer partnerships and identifying opportunities to connect customers with Danos' full range of capabilities. He will work closely with business development and sales leaders across the organization to improve alignment, share market insights and coordinate resources to deliver greater value for customers and support sustainable growth.
