WASHINGTON - Today, U.S. Senator Todd Young (R-Ind.) joined Senator Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) at the Hudson Institute to discuss the SHIPS for America Act and their efforts restore America's commercial shipbuilding industry to help deter Chinese aggression.
