Cambridge Announces the 2026 Legacy Business Award Winners

The City of Cambridge proudly continues to celebrate National Small Business Month with the Cambridge Legacy Business Luncheon, an event dedicated to honoring some of the community's most enduring local enterprises.

Fifteen cherished Cambridge businesses, each serving our community for 25 years or more, are presented with awards. These businesses, nominated by the community, represent a wide array of specialties and neighborhoods, reflecting the rich diversity of Cambridge. This year's celebrated businesses include those owned by Black entrepreneurs, women, veterans, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, all of whom have made significant contributions to Cambridge's unique character and economy.

The honored businesses have been carefully selected through the Legacy Business Program application process, with details verified against historical records, state registries, and local news archives with help from the Cambridge Historical Commission.

This month and all year round, let's show our appreciation for the dedication and hard work of our local entrepreneurs. Choose to shop, dine, and use services from businesses right here in Cambridge. Your support makes a real difference.

Congratulations to the 2026 Cambridge Legacy Business Luncheon honorees!
