    Creston Mills, 46, unhoused and Christina Markunas, 50, unhoused were both placed under arrest on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealment and active warrants. An employee of a Massachusetts Ave. business reported the pair had stolen $400 of merchandise. Mills had an active warrant out of Stoughton District Court. Markunas had four (4) active warrants out of Stoughton, Roxbury, Dorchester, and Brookline District Courts.
