Get Involved, Santa Fe: Human Services Committee Seeking New Member

The City of Santa Fe's Human Services Committee is seeking a new member.

The Human Services Committee (HSC) was established in 2012 to assess and advocate for human service needs, coordinate resources to maximize cost-effectiveness, evaluate local human services programs, and provide technical assistance to programs. The committee also oversees the Human Services Fund, reviews applications, makes funding recommendations, and helps ensure Santa Fe residents have access to services.

Applicants must:

• Be residents of Santa Fe County

• Have resided in Santa Fe County for at least two years immediately preceding appointment

• Be familiar with local human and social service providers

• Have well-established community networks

• Represent historically underrepresented groups and diverse age groups served by the Human

Services Committee

Applicants cannot currently serve on the board of or be employed by a Human Services Committee-funded nonprofit organization.
