CERT Disaster Psychology Refresher Training
Thank you to the CERT volunteers who attended the Disaster Psychology refresher training on Friday, May 15, at the Boro Community Center in San Rafael!
During the two-hour session, participants strengthened their understanding of the emotional and psychological impacts disasters can have on survivors, families, and responders. The training provided practical tools to help CERT members recognize stress reactions, offer compassionate support, and promote resilience during emergency situations.
