Anna and Mitasha's recent experience includes advising wholly owned subsidiaries of Marathon Oil Corporation on its gas and LNG project in Equatorial Guinea including on a five-year LNG SPA with Glencore Energy UK; ADNOC on its investment in and purchase of LNG from NextDecade's Rio Grande LNG project; KKR on the disposal of its interest in the Acteon Group; Berkshire Hathaway Energy Co. on its acquisition of limited partnership interests in Cove Point LNG from Dominion Energy, Inc.; Marubeni on the disposal of its North Sea business to Ithaca Energy; Marathon Oil on the disposal of its entire UK North Sea oil and gas portfolio to RockRose Energy plc; and Mozambique LNG on a long-term LNG sale and purchase agreement for the sale of 1 million tonnes per annum of LNG to PT Pertamina (Persero).
