Sandra Bullock's daughter has some thoughts on her dating life.
The Practical Magic star, 62, joined Kylie Kelce on the September 3 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast where she shared her "brutally honest" 12-year-old daughter Laila's advice about getting back into the dating scene, per Page Six. Bullock, who is also a mom to 16-year-old son Louis, was previously in a relationship with longtime partner Bryan Randall before his death in 2023.
"She said I needed to date, but only someone where they can get stuff," she said, noting she asked the tween some follow-up questions. "So I said, 'What? A rapper? A basketball player? That's the parameters?' ... She's like, 'Yeah.' I went, 'Oh.'"
The Gravity actress recently broke her silence on Randall's death in a recent SmartLess podcast appearance. He passed away in 2023 at the age of 57 following a private three-year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and by his request, Bullock helped keep his "traumatic diagnosis" a secret from the public despite feeling like it "isolated [her] in the process."
"He asked me not to share," she said. "I know why he asked me not to."
She added, "I think where he was in his journey, both physically and mentally, I started grieving Bryan four years before he passed,"
