CURRENT ROAD CLOSURES

  • Redmond Wetlands Complex Project -www.redmondwetlandscomplex.com, NW Coyner east of Northwest Way, 1/19-7/31, 7 am start, one lane closure with signal stoppage, closure will move east as construction progresses, City of Redmond Engineering Division, Julie Thiessen, Project Engineer, [email protected], 541-504-2016
  • Northwest Way from NW Coyner to 5801 Northwest Way, intermittent single lane closure with flaggers directing both directions of traffic on Northwest Way with full access to all cross-streets. This work is for testing of previously installed sanitary sewer line along Northwest Way.
• Central Dry Canyon Project - www.redmondoregon.gov/centraldrycanyon, City of Redmond Engineering Division, Lindsey Cromsigt, Assistant City Engineer, [email protected], 541-306-1647
  • Canyon Drive access into Sam Johnson Tennis Courts closed. Parking at Hope Playground and Sam Johnson Tennis courts will be closed. Parking will be available at SW 15^th Street, Bowlby Fields, and Cascade Avenue. Pedestrian access detour available on Deschutes Avenue Pathway, or on Rimrock Way and Antler Avenue.
  • Rimrock Pathway closure from Rimrock way east will remain closed through June 2026. Pedestrian detour available on Rimrock Way to access the south Dry Canyon, or use Rimrock Way and Antler Ave to access the north Dry Canyon. See detour options on website.

  • Near the intersection of SW Lake Road and SW Veterans Way, single lane closure March 9th through March 13th with flaggers directing both directions of traffic for work on SW Lake Road intersection for a utility crossing. Expect delays and driving on a steel plate.

    TRAFFIC IMPACTS (single lane closures, roadside work, traffic control changes, etc.)

• NE Kingwood Ave., NE 15^th St. to NE 13^th & NE 17^th, 3/10 - 6/8, single lane closure, remove/replace asphalt, Taylor Roy, Taylor Northwest LLC, 541-382-7887
• NW Canal Blvd., NE King Way & NE Oneil, 3/9, 6am, one-lane closure, utility work, Tyler York, Work Bros Excavation, 541-280-7782
• SW Helmholtz Way, SW Wickiup Ave & SW Coyote Ave., 3/10, 7am start, one-lane closure, COID Crossing, Daniel Hamilton, Hamilton Excavating, 541-647-9040
• ODOT Redmond Curb and Ramp Replacement,
  • Starting March 8^th all work moving forward on this project will be performed at night between the hours of 7PM to 7AM
  • On the week of 3/9, crews will be working on the North side of Glacier Ave at the intersections from 5th-10th.
  • From the 3/16-3/26 crews will be working on the North side of Glacier from intersections US97-13th.
  • Single lane night closures will be in effect at night for the slow lane of Glacier Ave during the week of 3/9 and on.
  • Intersection corners will be closed to pedestrian traffic throughout this time. Expect minimal delays.

    UPCOMING TRAFFIC IMPACTS & ROAD CLOSURES

• Eastside Arterial Project - www.redmondoregon.gov/eastsidearterial, City of Redmond Engineering Division, Jake Sherman, Principal Engineer, [email protected], 541-504-2019
  • SE Veterans Way between SW Lake Road and SE Airport Way, multi-phased closure with some intermittent night work, single-lane closures, full closures, and flagging to construct the new roundabout near SE 1^st Street. There will be a temporary road constructed for the detour. Anticipated start of the closures is March 30^th and will last until early June when the roundabout will be opened.
• SW Canyon Drive between SW Evergreen Avenue and SW Forest Avenue closure; anticipated week of 3/16; full roadway closure, detour on SW 14^th Street. • Project Site at 5801 Northwest Way, public access is closed in this area until the completion of the project in late 2027.

• NW Coyner Ave and NW Pershall Way east of Northwest Way closure, March 21-March 29, 7 am start, full road closure, detour on project website
