EUCAP Somalia Head of Mission welcomes EUTM Mission Force Commander at the Federal Darwish Training Centre

The Mission Force Commander of the European Union Training Mission in Somalia, Brigadier General Elio Manes, was warmly welcomed by Mr. Lančinskas, Head of Mission of EUCAP Somalia, at the Federal Darwish Training Centre in Mogadishu.

Here, EUTM and EUCAP Somalia trainers are working side by side to deliver specialized shooting and counter-improvised explosive device training to Somali Police Officers - women and men.

This joint effort reflects a powerful collaboration focused on enhancing operational capability, professionalism, and long-term security in Somalia. The dedication and teamwork shown by all involved -including the professional engagement of the trainees demonstrate a shared commitment to stability.
