"For decades, email has been the backbone of mission support-but also its biggest bottleneck and where critical tasks can get dropped," said Craig Mabray, SVP Universal® Trip Support Services. "uvGO Tasks changes that. For the first time, operators and our Mission Advisors can collaborate on Universal-managed trips in real time, in one secure platform, without sifting through endless email chains.
Within uvGO Tasks, operators can:
When customers update a task, Mission Advisors are instantly notified, creating a frictionless workflow that reduces risk and increases efficiency.
Beta testers praised the simplicity and design. "It's super easy to click the link and land exactly where I need to go in uvGO," said a Flight Dispatcher at a large corporate flight department. Another business aviation Scheduler added that the platform is "easier to go through than my emails."
uvGO Tasks will be available in October 2025 at no additional cost to all Universal-managed mission customers with active uvGO accounts. Operators who prefer email can continue using it with no impact to their missions. Availably in the uvGO iPad app is planned for later this year.
