FRANKFORT, Ky. (Oct. 9, 2026) - Gov. Andy Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:
Gov. Beshear has appointed John Graves as the Washington County Property Valuation Administrator.

John Graves of Springfield replaces Fran Carrico, who has retired.
Gov. Beshear has reappointed Candace McGraw to the Kentucky Economic Development Partnership to serve for a term expiring Oct. 1, 2030.

Candace McGraw of Union is the former CEO of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Rick Queen to the Kentucky Heritage Council to serve for a term expiring March 25, 2028.

Rick Queen of Lexington is a realtor with Turf Town Properties. He replaces Silas House, who has resigned.
Gov. Beshear has appointed Brookes Pope to the Historic Properties Advisory Commission to serve for a term expiring Sept. 27, 2030.

Gov. Beshear has reappointed Frank Smith, Toni Stringer and Doris Sarr to the Commission on Human Rights to serve for terms expiring Sept. 12, 2029.
